Everyone was a winner

Each of us who ate at Original RibFest '99 was a winner, even though we didn't get a trophy. There was not a dry rib in the house, and everyoen went home happy. Below, the awards ceremony. I hope to receive the details so I can post them soon.

Was there an award for best rib costume? These cheery vendors might have taken home a trophy.


Those ribs were too good to wait for any longer. Dad eats while Mom gets the drinks. Where there's a will, there's a way.

     The fruit drinks and the lemon shake-ups were an oasis.


This is the end of this page, but what a perfect end. These pants are made of a chili pepper print. The wearer could have opted for shorts, but he flew his chili colors for our entertainment.
